The Marriage of Heaven & Earth is a two-part, 16-step qigong standing form that is meant to activate energy flow in the body’s macrocosmic and microcosmic energy orbits. Its potential benefits include: relieving tension in the body, mind and qi; releasing stuck internal blockages; and increasing flexibility and range of motion.
This workshop is for beginners as well as those who participated in the Parts I & II workshops. We will review the entire form, focusing on learning and refining the basic movements to enhance energy movement and flow.
